Nancy L. Ott, M.D.

Bio

Nancy Ott grew up in North Dakota and moved to Minneapolis for college and medical school at the University of Minnesota. After practicing as a Pediatrician for two years, she completed an Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Ott practiced Allergy for 22 years at Southdale Pediatrics before joining the Mayo Clinic Pediatric Allergy department.In addition to direct patient care, Dr. Ott enjoys teaching medical students, residents, and participating in research. In 2016, she returned to the Twin Cities joining Allergy & Asthma Specialists to continue her passion for the delivery of the best possible medical care.


Dr. Ott received the Minnesota Monthly Top Doctor award in the field of Allergy and Immunology in 2016.

Dr. Ott is an active volunteer for the American Lung Association, FASG-MN and AFAA local food allergy support groups. She is a past president of MN Allergy Society, an adjunct assistant professor through U of MN Pediatric Department and presents allergy related lectures to medical groups. Dr. Ott and her husband have a home in the southwest metro and enjoy spending time with their adult children, gardening and exercising.
