Alyssa Kong, DNP, APRN, FNP-C earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. During her graduate training, she had the opportunity to work alongside a few of the providers within the practice.
In July 2021, she joined the Allergy & Asthma Specialists, P.A. team. Alyssa has also been actively involved in clinical research serving as a sub-investigator in many clinical trials in the areas of asthma, allergies, migraines, and vaccines. She has had the opportunity to give back to the University of Minnesota by giving lectures to the current Nurse Practitioner students.
In her free time, Alyssa can be found spending time with family and friends.
