Back to School Reminders  

If your child needs an updated Medication Authorization Form or Food Allergy Action Plan - August is the perfect time to complete these documents.  We have standardized forms but your child's school may require a unique document.  Please contact the school to verify.  You may mail or fax forms to the clinic for completion.  If your child has an appointment in August, we can complete them during your visit.   

Minnesota State Fair - Find Us There!

Dr. Allan Stillerman and staff members from our clinic and research division are supporting AFAA the Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy Association of MN.  Look for us at the KARE 11 Health Fair - Crossroads Building on Saturday afternoons August 28 and September 4 from 1 - 5 PM.  Visitors and questions are welcome!
