Richard P. Bransford, M.D.
Richard P. Bransford, M.D. earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. Postgraduate education included a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin as well as a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dr. Bransford is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
Dr. Bransford is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a member of the Amercian College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
Dr. Bransford has been listed in the Consumer's Research Council of America's "Guide to America's Top Physicians" since 2004. He was voted one of the Best Doctors for Women in the Minnesota Monthly May 2010 edition.
He is on the Medical Board for Camp Superkids Asthma Camp and regularly presents for the American Lung Association Asthma Educators Course. He enjoys teaching medical and pediatric residents from the University of Minnesota as well as undergraduate biology students at Concordia University, St. Paul. In his spare time he enjoys camping with his family and training for 10 K runs.
